Wilson Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager Lead to join our growing team in our brand-new office ! This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of case managers to deliver exceptional care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor compliance with care standards, policies, and regulations.
- Act as a primary resource and mentor for team members.
- Manage client cases, ensuring their needs are met with the highest quality of care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Hawaii.
- Minimum of 3 years of case management experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and leading a team.
