About the Role
:

Eufy Security is expanding its professional security business and seeks a driven Professional Security Sales Manager for the DACH region. This role focuses on accelerating growth in
PoE (Power over Ethernet)
security solutions and
DIFM (Do-It-For-Me)
systems by building strategic partnerships and capturing market share.

Key Responsibilities
:

  1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand Eufy’s professional security portfolio (DIFM/PoE).
  2. Build/manage relationships with distributors, system integrators, installers, and B2B clients.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth to exceed sales targets.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to align strategies.
  5. Provide market feedback to optimize product positioning.
  6. Represent Eufy at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements
:

  1. 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or key account management
    within the security industry
    .
  2. Expert knowledge of
    DIFM security systems
    ,
    PoE solutions
    , and professional security products.
  3. Proven track record in driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships.
  4. Self-motivated with ability to own regional strategy independently.
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Fluent in German (native proficiency) and business-level English
    .
