Who you are

  • You’re deeply interested in AI, automation, and business process optimization
  • Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make is a plus
  • Basic programming skills (e.g. Python or JavaScript) are helpful but not required
  • Startup or high-paced work experience is a plus
  • You bring strong initiative, ownership, and a hands-on attitude
  • Open to mandatory or voluntary internships (min. 3 months)

What the job involves

  • As a Founder’s Associate Intern (AI Focus), you’ll work directly with the founders on one of the most exciting levers of the next decade: integrating AI across all areas of the business
  • Your job is to monitor and improve existing systems while building new automations that generate real ROI
  • The internship ideally starts between September and October 2025
  • Identify automation potential across different business units
  • Work closely with the leadership team to understand high-impact use cases
  • Build and deploy automation workflows using tools like n8n or Zapier
  • Independently test, ship, and monitor your automations
  • Collaborate with the Founder on other business-critical projects
