We are looking for you to start as a:

Junior Designer Color/Material Footwear (f/m/x)

For our location in 85238 Petershausen

Application period until the 5th of September

Ihre Aufgaben:

Be part of the seasonal creation process of a shoe collection and develop color and material concepts together with the cross-functional team

  • Collect trend research information related to color, material, styles and consumers in the outdoor footwear sector
  • Visit trade fairs and study the market and competitors
  • Develop color stories, color concepts and design concepts together with the team
  • Create mood boards to guide the cross functional teams into the seasonal themes of color and material stories
  • Explain the color strategy and application of the color stories to the cross functional teams in milestone presentations throughout the seasons
  • Work with the design team to coordinate color and material
  • Create graphics, patterns and textures in close collaboration with the footwear designers
  • Apply the color stories to the footwear models of the seasonal range in Illustrator
  • Create spec sheets to prepare color and material information for prototype production
  • Assist in the maintenance of the material and color libraries
  • Be part of the entire design process and work closely with product management, development and production

Ihr Profil:

  • Successfully completed studies of fashion design, product design or similar
  • Sense and understanding of color, material, fashion and outdoor trends
  • Ability to build and visualize color concepts
  • Good knowledge of Illustrator and other Adobe programs
  • Good written and verbal English skills
  • Motivation, reliability, sociability
  • Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
