What you can expect:

  • As an Expert Learning & Capability Development (m/f/d), you will identify the development and training needs of internal employees.
  • The focus here is on the support and further development of our mandatory training courses for employees and managers
  • You define and maintain the training and product concepts in close coordination with the respective specialist departments
  • You will also be responsible for other selected learning topics, such as supporting our “Go Insider Tool” and language training courses
  • You communicate the requirements to external training providers in the form of a rough concept and manage the final development and approval of training concepts together with the responsible department
  • You communicate and market the training portfolio you manage to our internal employees
  • You manage external training providers and suppliers

What sets you apart:

  • Successfully completed university degree ideally with a focus on human resources (psychology, sociology or business administration).
  • At least 4 years of professional experience and strong technical know-how in the field of HR development.
  • Relevant knowledge of HR processes, such as learning & development, didactics, performance management, engagement.
  • Excellent consulting skills, conceptual strength and experience in managing complex projects/processes
  • Fluency in German and English

This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
