Product Design Lead – Must be based in Berlin

One of Europe’s fastest growing AI start-ups are hiring for a highly experienced product designer to spearhead the department. This is a Player Manager role, leading a team of 4 designers. (70% execution / 30% management).

Your background:

  • 4+ years experience in Product Design in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ownership of the design function, leading strategy
  • Strong business intuition
  • B2C experience
  • Based in Berlin
  • Fluent English

Nice to haves:

  • Coding experience
  • Interest / experience in AI
  • Built your own apps / Founded your own start-up
  • Joined a high growth company at an early stage
