Als Bauingenieur Projektleitung (m/w/*) Für Den Bereich EMEA Engineering Am Standort Hilden Haben Sie Die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen Zielgerichtet Einzusetzen, Um Unseren Gemeinsamen Erfolg Voranzubringen. Dabei Umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Standortübergreifende Planung und Umsetzung von Bauvorhaben als verantwortlicher Projektleiter.
  • Bautechnische Unterstützung und statische Bewertungen bei Investitionen in Prozessequipment.
  • Erarbeitung der optimalen Lösung für die Aufgabenstellung gemeinsam mit Planungsfirmen und internen Disziplinen.
  • Verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner der Behörden bei Bauvorhaben.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen
Die Mindestqualifikationen Dieser Rolle Umfassen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen o.ä.
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Projektleitung (Planung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung) von Bauvorhaben im Industriebau.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Diese Weiteren Kenntnisse Sind Von Vorteil

  • Kompetenzen im Umgang mit Behörden und Lieferanten.
  • Detailierte Kenntnisse der HOAI, VOB, Industriebaurichtlinie und Baustatik.
  • Zusatzkenntnisse im Brandschutz, TRGS519 und TRGS524 sind wünschenswert.
  • Tiefgreifende Erfahrungen der Sicherheitsstandards auf Baustellen und deren praktische Umsetzung.
