  • Finanzbuchhaltung & Reporting:
  • Unterstützung des Rechnungswesen-Teams bei der korrekten Verbuchung von IFRS Sonderthemen (bspw. Projekt-Accounting/Percentage of Completion)
  • Ansprechpartner:in im Rechnungswesen zu IFRS Themen, auch für das internationale Umfeld
  • Einführung ERP-System Workday:
  • Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung und Einführung des neuen ERP-Systems Workday im In- und Ausland mit dem Schwerpunkt IFRS und Accounting
  • Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Experten und dem Rechnungswesen, um eine reibungslose Systemintegration zu gewährleisten
  • Unterstützung bei der Datenmigrationen sowie Schulung von Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Prozessoptimierung:
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in bestehenden Finanzprozessen im In- und Ausland
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben im Rechnungswesen
