Demand Planning Manager – Health & Wellness | Munich (Hybrid) | €70,000 – €80,000

This €300m per year health and wellness DWC company is seeking a skilled
Demand Planning Manager
to join its growing team in Munich. The role is hybrid, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation where innovation, collaboration, and wellbeing are central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to incorporate market intelligence and customer insights into the planning process.
  • Monitor demand variances and proactively address supply and inventory challenges.
  • Lead the S&OP process, facilitating monthly cross-functional meetings to align on forecasts, supply plans, and inventory strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on key supply chain decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Previous experience within FMCG, health, or wellness industries would be advantageous.
