Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Düsseldorf with some work from home flexibility. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing advertising campaigns, monitoring and optimizing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Sales
  • Proficiency in developing and executing Marketing Strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with performance marketing tools and platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
