The internship is scheduled to start in November 2025 for 6 months. The internship will be remunerated.

Tasks
Our team takes care of management development at Lufthansa Airline with a focus on managers in the operational areas. Our services include initiatives to strengthen the feedback culture, tailor-made development programs and the implementation of the employee survey.

  • Project work in the role of PMO, i.e. support with project planning, operational management and tracking
  • Collaboration in the conceptual design and further development of management formats and concepts
  • Organization, preparation and evaluation of workshops and training courses as well as support in their implementation
  • Event planning and administration, communication and internal marketing activities

Requirements
For the internship position, you should be open to a wide range of tasks from concept work and analysis to the administration of development programs for managers and share our “we get things moving” mindset.

  • You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
  • Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree program (gap year)
  • Student in the field of human resources, psychology, business administration, economics/social sciences, etc.
  • Ideally initial experience in HR and/or project management
  • Organizational talent and strengths in reliably juggling tasks
