Biomedical System Support Engineer

Location: Mainz, Germany

The company is a manufacturer of In Vitro Diagnostics equipment. Their products are used for the screening and monitoring of various diseases, primarily in the areas of Oncology, Diabetes, Hemoglobinopathy and other rare pathologies.

The Position:

  • Maintenance and repair of internal instruments installed in quality control, R&D and production.

  • Worldwide remote support for customers and sales partners.

  • Management of spare parts.

  • Tracking and recording device complaints via CRM and ticket system.

  • Ability to participate in development projects (new instruments and instrument development).

  • Inspection and initial testing of new instruments.

  • Management of service projects and writing of service documents.

  • Conducting instrument training and certification of field service technicians worldwide

  • The position is based from the company site in Mainz, Germany.
