Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior / Principal Product Manager – Intelligent Cockpit
to join our Germany-based team. This role will play a critical part in driving XPENG’s international product strategy, ensuring our intelligent cockpit solutions deliver an exceptional user experience tailored for overseas markets.

You will collaborate closely with global R&D, design, and marketing teams, bridging cultural and market differences, and leading the full lifecycle of cockpit products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive
    industry, competitor, and user research
    in overseas markets, identifying trends and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Define and manage the
    full product lifecycle
    : requirements analysis, design, implementation, validation, and KPI-driven performance tracking.
  • Oversee
    localization reviews
    (e.g., UI elements, minor adaptations for voice assistants), ensuring product accuracy and superior user experience across different language environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with
    engineering, design, and marketing teams
    to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
  • Continuously monitor international user feedback, iterating on product features to optimize adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
    Computer Science, Internet Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
    .
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    as a product manager for consumer-oriented (C-end) products;
    experience in intelligent cockpit, automotive UX, or connected devices is highly preferred
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    user experience design
    and product management processes.
  • Excellent
    analytical ability
    and strong
    market insight
    .
  • Fluent English
    communication skills (written and spoken); proficiency in German or other European languages is a plus.
  • Strong sense of
    innovation, self-motivation, and cross-cultural communication skills
    .
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, international environment
    with high ownership.
