- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for CRE platforms including property management, lease administration, and asset management systems.
- Technology Strategy: Define and drive the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and CRE industry trends.
- System Integration: Lead integration efforts between CRE platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools).
- Cloud & Data Architecture: Develop cloud-native solutions and data strategies for real-time analytics, ESG reporting, and smart building technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure solution alignment and delivery.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all solutions comply with industry regulations (e.g., FASB ASC 842, IFRS 16) and cybersecurity best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role within the CRE domain.
- Strong knowledge of CRE business processes, lease lifecycle, and asset management.
- Hands-on experience with CRE platforms such as Yardi, MRI, or Argus.
- Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and integration technologies (REST APIs, microservices).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
