The Role
Seeking a Head of Technology, Continuous Delivery to lead our technology team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement processes, tools, and automations that enhance digital platform delivery. You will lead DevOps, QA, security, and compliance teams across multiple regions, promoting best practices in secure software development, agile methodologies, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Practice Leadership & Oversight: Guide DevOps Engineers, QA Analysts, and Engineers, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Lead North American efforts aligned with global teams.
- Practice Growth: Promote Continuous Delivery services internally and externally, develop estimates, scope projects, and build team capacity.
- Best Practices: Champion standards for CI/CD, SDLC, security, and quality assurance. Collaborate with security teams to embed standards into client solutions.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Develop expertise within the team, align technology initiatives with business goals, and manage multiple delivery squads.
- Client & Business Management: Build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver business value.
- Risk Management & Process Improvement: Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues when necessary.
- Thought Leadership: Position Apply Digital as a leader in high-quality delivery and modernization trends.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in continuous improvement, DevSecOps, or software delivery evolution.
- Proven track record in a senior technology leadership role within consulting, especially in continuous delivery, DevOps, security, or QA.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud-native development, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure SDLC.
- Experience with composable architecture, MACH platforms, cloud services, headless CMS, APIs, and analytics.
- Ability to guide clients on secure solutions and foster strong relationships.
- Mentoring skills and ability to cultivate high-performance teams.
- Strategic thinking aligned with business goals.
- Experience managing delivery risks and scope.
- Excellent client-facing and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration.
- Calm, positive, and solution-oriented mindset to promote teamwork.
