THE TEAM
The mission of the Supply Chain Engineering Department is to architect a resilient Supply Chain Network that enables business scalability for today and tomorrow.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a leader of the Supply Chain Engineering Department, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for developing engineered solutions that drive the scalable development of our Supply Chain network. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and scaling Distribution Centre operations. Supporting your team’s growth and your own, you will foster rewarding careers at Aritzia.
THE ROLE
As the Senior Director/ Director, Supply Chain Engineering, you will:
- Integrate business requirements into facility and equipment scenarios that enable business scalability.
- Develop Material Handling Equipment (MHE) solutions to evaluate throughput and costs.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions, including conveyors, robotics, and automation.
- Create layouts for new or retrofit distribution facilities based on business needs.
- Implement equipment maintenance methods to support business operations.
- Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead daily department functions, support corporate objectives, and promote career development and employee experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Director/ Director, Supply Chain Engineering, has:
- Proven skills and experience in technical engineering, warehouse automation, and material handling systems.
- Experience working with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- A commitment to embody and promote Aritzia’s Values and Leadership principles.
- Strategic collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to set objectives and inspire teams.

THE COMPENSATION
The typical salary range is $150,000 – $250,000 CAD per year, with potential bonuses and equity. Final salary depends on experience and qualifications. Aritzia offers comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a pay-for-performance culture.
