Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is seeking a Manager, Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consulting to join our growing Dynamics 365 F&O practice, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada.
Responsibilities include:
Talent
- Support talent acquisition through recruitment participation
- Mentor and coach team members, manage performance and career development
- Plan team utilization and forecasting
- Ensure team has necessary skills and capacity
Engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor for Dynamics F&O implementations
- Manage multiple projects within budget, scope, and timeline
- Manage vendor relationships
- Lead meetings and drive deliverables to completion
- Handle escalations and customer satisfaction issues
- Build client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- Analyze business needs and provide application expertise
- Streamline processes to maximize ROI within Dynamics 365 F&O
Operations
- Ensure effective service delivery and operational excellence
- Support continuous improvement of tools and procedures
- Track and report on KPIs
Growth
- Participate in pre-sales, proposals, and pricing
- Develop and implement new service offerings
- Contribute to practice business planning

Required Experience & Education
- Minimum 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O consulting experience, with expertise in finance
- Experience managing D365 F&O projects and leading functional teams
- Deep functional knowledge in finance modules
- Knowledge of budgeting, project management, and related areas
- Additional functional expertise (e.g., Trade & Logistics, HR) preferred
- Relevant certifications are advantageous
- Strong communication, process analysis, and configuration skills
