Our client, a top banking institution in Canada, is seeking to hire a Senior Consultant – IAM for a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in the Toronto office on Thursday and every fourth Friday.
Job Description:
As a member of the Identity Access Management group within Information Security, you will collaborate with various partners and Lines of Business, focusing on delivering excellence and continuous improvement in identity access management processes.
- Act as liaison between business and technology teams.
- Understand impacted business processes.
- Familiarity with current and proposed systems/applications.
- Knowledge of data storage, usage, and flow across processes and systems.
- Assess implications of changes and identify impacted processes and workstreams.
- Work with workstream leads to facilitate creation of user stories.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Participate in stakeholder reviews, provide recommendations for approvals and decisions, and offer subject matter expertise to the Program Director. Contribute to the vision and roadmap development based on the business case.
Must Have Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of IAM experience.
- Experience in a financial institution preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as:
- SailPoint
- IdentityIQ
- Identity AI
- ServiceNow
- Workday
and familiarity with Agile methodology.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience with CIBC.
- CISSP Certification.
- Experience leading IAM projects.
