Joining our roster in our Digital Forensics and eDiscovery (DFeD) practice within Forensic Technology services offers an opportunity to help clients protect their business by applying advanced information management strategies. We assist organizations in managing vast electronic data, navigating legal and business processes related to litigation, regulatory requests, and internal investigations. Our team helps collect, filter, and review electronic documents to mitigate technological risks and maximize information asset exploitation.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a member of the PwC Canada roster, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Performing thorough review of documents and applying issue tags.
  2. Applying legal expertise to assess document relevance and privilege.
  3. Maintaining confidentiality and following data security protocols during document review.
  4. Prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively to meet project deadlines.
  5. Conducting quality control checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reviewed documents.
  6. Utilizing review tool analytics and Continuous Active Learning to optimize the review process.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Lawyer admitted to the Bar in Canada and licensed to practice law.
  • Maintaining good standing with a Canadian Law Society and carrying professional liability insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical ability.
  • A high level of personal integrity, energy, commitment to teamwork, and a desire to learn.
  • This role is on a contract basis, depending on needs.
  • This position does not support completion of the Canadian CPA designation.
