About Our Client
We are currently representing an established IT infrastructure and services company in Asia.
Job Description
- Develop and execute procurement strategies tailored to IT infrastructure, telecommunications, critical facilities, and construction needs.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for hardware, software, network components, facility systems, and construction projects.
- Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure quality goods and services at optimal costs.
- Partner with Engineering, Facilities, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and operational alignment.
- Track market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reporting to support business objectives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team committed to excellence and innovation.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certification (CIPS, CPSM, PMP) is a plus.
- At least 8 years of procurement experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles within IT infrastructure, telecommunications, critical facilities, or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing complex vendor negotiations and delivering cost savings in critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and supplier risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary environment.
