Position Description
As Regional Sales Director, you’ll take the helm of a dynamic team of several Regional Sales Managers spread across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Your mission? To expand this industry leader’s footprint with foodservice operators — from independent groups to growing franchise chains — and help them elevate their culinary operations through the power of their innovative cooking solutions.
You’ll shape and execute regional strategy, champion consultative sales, and serve as a trusted advisor to their clients, partners, and internal teams. Whether coaching your team through impactful demonstrations or strengthening ties with key dealers, distributors, and consultants, you’ll be the face of brand excellence across the region.
You may come from a national brand or franchised environment — perhaps leading a team at a company like Tim Hortons, Starbucks, or Kelsey’s — where your focus was on bringing new partners into the fold, supporting them through onboarding, and ensuring brand standards were met in the field. You’re not just a manager — you’re a coach, helping others succeed through trust, consistency, and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing regional sales team
- Drive strategic growth among franchise, subsidiary, and chain operators with dozens of locations
- Guide consultative selling efforts and elevate brand storytelling through live culinary demos
- Foster meaningful partnerships with dealers, distributors, and industry consultants
- Conduct field visits and audits to ensure consistent, high-standard execution
- Travel extensively throughout Quebec and Atlantic Canada (with some overnights and occasional international trips)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise operations
- 2+ years of experience leading teams
Qualifications
- A strong track record in franchising, indirect sales, or multi-unit foodservice environments
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, with solid regional market knowledge
- A hands-on, coaching leadership style and CRM-savvy approach to performance management
- A passion for elevating teams, building brand equity, and driving results in a values-driven environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing.
