Pacifica Hotels is seeking an Area General Manager based in Cambria, CA . The role oversees 4 properties in the Cambria Collection and is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, sales/marketing, food & beverage, personnel supervision, yield management, loss prevention, human resources, accounting, parking lot, landscaping, and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire all team members to achieve award-winning service, revenue, and profit goals.
- Oversee all hotel operations including sales & marketing, revenue management, F&B, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage budgets, P&L responsibilities, menu design, food and beverage costs, contracts, RFP processes, sales contacts, BEOs, and proposals.
- Assist in writing and executing each hotel’s Sales & Marketing Business Plan and Operating Budget.
- Analyze and interpret statistical data daily, including STAR reports, Market Vision Reports, Yield Management reports, and financial metrics like ADR, occupancy, and RevPar.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000
