Our client is an established MNC company with reputable household products in the market, looking for a Head of B2B/Corporate Sales to develop B2B sales strategy and execution, driving growth and market penetration in Indonesia.
Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective strategies and techniques.
- Assess client needs and tailor proposals and presentations accordingly.
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless sales initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and explore new opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, with a network within major Indonesian corporations.
- Proven success in B2B client engagement and market strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
