Make an impact with MNP Digital as a Consultant, Power Platform & D365 for our growing Digital Solutions team. This role focuses on the Grants Management process and requires previous experience in this area. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with enterprise software developers and architects on programming languages and/or COTS products or platforms.
  • Utilize your product knowledge to define, develop, and present D365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of grants, including application, compliance, reporting, and closeout.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and explain how MNP can assist.
  • Work with clients and project teams to analyze requirements, define solutions, and implement them effectively and timely.
  • Diagnose and recommend solutions for functional and technical challenges.
  • Define, discuss, and document solution, application, and data architectures.
  • Design and implement Microsoft .NET solutions, including ASP.NET, web services, Windows Forms, and mobile applications.
  • Implement Dynamics CRM solutions through configuration and customization.
  • Apply delivery methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
  • Deliver high-quality project results and maintain excellent service standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members for peer reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to evolving team best practices and professional development.
  • Develop a deep understanding of MNP’s services, industry, and business environment.
  • Contribute to innovative ideas to improve work processes.
  • Participate in community events to raise awareness of MNP.
  • Attend internal courses to enhance your technology consulting skills.

Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience with CRM or case management solutions, including 1-2 years with Dynamics CRM/D365 and Power Platform.
  • Experience with all versions of Dynamics CRM/D365 is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle.
  • At least 2 years of grants management experience, including budgeting, compliance, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of federal and private grant regulations.
  • Experience with related technologies like BizTalk and SharePoint is beneficial.
  • Previous work with government departments and understanding of the sector is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance (Enhanced Reliability or Secret).
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
