RSM’s Environment Social and Governance (ESG) Advisory Services practice helps companies and organizations, both private and public sector, execute their ESG strategic and operational mandates through an industry-focused, analytical, transparent, and data-driven approach. We assess, identify, strategize, and provide industry insights to enable companies to determine their ESG maturity, plan their next steps concerning ESG, and integrate ESG into their operational and strategic decision-making. Our goal is to provide clients with the confidence and understanding to navigate the ESG landscape, including risks, trends, and opportunities, becoming their first-choice advisor throughout their ESG journey.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research and employ RSM’s ESG methodologies to deliver on various client engagements.
- Work with team members on projects such as ESG-related deliverables, policies, reports, strategies, social return on investment models, etc.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of RSM’s ESG methodologies.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, both informally and formally, as part of business development and project management.
- Contribute to business development through proposal and pitch deck creation, statement of work, and engagement letter drafting.
- Build the ESG practice throughout RSM in North America via thought leadership, educational presentations, and internal knowledge
