Vice President – Infrastructure Financial Due Diligence (Canada)

Leo Berwick is seeking a Vice President to join our growing Infrastructure, Renewables, and Energy Transition Financial Due Diligence deal team.

Responsibilities:
- Mentor, lead, and develop junior staff
- Participate in financial due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or divestments
- Analyze business plans and publicly available information on target businesses
- Review historic financial data related to proposed deals
- Evaluate potential synergies and post-merger integration considerations
- Report key issues and risks to clients
- Correlate due diligence findings with client valuations and manage expectations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with start-up organizations and/or large professional services firms
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely and independently
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Willingness and ability to travel within Canada and the USA
