Job Title: IT Business Partner (Functional Analyst)

Job Description:

This position is responsible for supporting the company and guiding key players across departments in the effective use of business systems, mainly for ERP, CRM, analytics, and other key applications.

Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, influencing partners on best practices, performing functional analysis, evolving platforms, and testing adjustments to business systems. An in-depth knowledge of these systems and user tasks is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist internal experts in analyzing, understanding, and defining their needs and processes to guide technological solutions and integration into enterprise architecture.
  • Influence experts and develop tactical plans for implementing business processes supported by suitable technologies.
  • Define project scope and objectives based on identified needs.
  • Maintain all necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, including development teams.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios; support users during testing and acceptance.
  • Communicate release information to users.
  • Follow up on requests and issues, supporting continuous improvements.
  • Monitor emerging IT technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT team members for complete solution delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with data security standards, adhering to ISO standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience as an analyst across various business sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of analysis, business processes, and experience with large-scale technological implementations.
  • Ability to consolidate and structure business needs into clear requirements.
  • Good planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team within a large corporate environment.
  • Results-oriented, with experience in project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM, Analytics, and ERP environments, including marketing, sales, distribution, after-sales, and finance processes.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 suite.
  • Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft/SAP ERP, Epicor ERP, PowerBI, and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
