Role Purpose:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that we deliver against client expectations and contractual obligations. You will act as the single point of contact for all service-related requests, and you will be the customer’s advocate within the business.

What I Do Is:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients throughout their service lifecycle.
  • Act as your client’s single point of contact for all service-related issues and requests.
  • Prepare and present accurate reports relating to performance of our service against defined targets.
  • Assist in delivery of internal and client facing projects, on time, within budget and to agreed standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all services we provide the client are delivered optimally.
  • Work with Service Product Owners / Solution Managers to maintain and contribute to the development of services as part of our continual service improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse the data to provide actionable insights that provide true value for the client.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
