What will your typical day look like?
As the DPN Product Manager, you will provide business-side management for the Deloitte People Network (DPN) application. The DPN platform uses many different technologies including custom code on the Microsoft Azure platform, Elasticsearch and Generative AI to help hundreds of thousands of Deloitte Employees across the globe locate people with specific expertise and learn more about the people they interact with. The DPN platform interfaces to multiple HR, staffing, badging and Knowledge Management systems to aggregate data and make a rich profile available for searching and GenAI applications.
You will partner closely with various Deloitte global and country-level talent-related business and technology teams to determine strategic direction, gather requirements and build integration points with other initiatives. You will proactively keep aligned with new Deloitte Global and Member Firm future of work and people initiatives. And you’ll partner with Deloitte Global Technology to drive progress on planned roadmaps and lead projects that continually enhance our tools.
You will also be responsible for driving integrations with other HR, staffing, skills, badging, certification and Knowledge Management systems. And helping to increase the adoption and overall use of the products in their portfolio by monitoring usage patterns and coordinating with other teams.
About the team
Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.
The Knowledge Platform team develops new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our global organization. The team has onshore and offshore (India) members.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Computer Science) required.
Years of Experience: 7+ years of related technology project management, custom developed software delivery and systems integration experience
Other Qualifications
- Experience with HR, Knowledge Management and Content Management tools
- Experience with Search and Generative AI tools
- Experience in a large professional services organization preferred
- Experience having a lead role in technology projects across systems development life cycle
- Ability to provide effective direction to team members, including time management and mentoring
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 – $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
