Engineering at StackAdapt: As a Senior Engineer at StackAdapt, you will be directly involved in developing our advertising platform, producing production-level code that impacts the success of our product. You will work with large data sets and modern tech stacks such as GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, and more. Our engineering team values collaboration and cross-functionality. About the Audiences & Pixels Team: The Audiences & Pixels team is composed of high-caliber full-stack engineers dedicated to enabling marketers to achieve their goals by building simple yet powerful workflows that enrich audience and conversion data for downstream activities in the programmatic lifecycle. The team’s projects have high impact and visibility across the company!

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and software engineers to translate complex business problems into high-quality software.
  • Partner with UX researchers to build intuitive workflows on the StackAdapt platform to help marketers achieve their goals.
  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish, decomposing work into plans and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Write technical design documents, clearly outlining risks and making informed trade-offs.
  • Participate in code and design reviews to elevate technical standards.
  • Mentor early-career engineers and support their professional growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience building high-performance web applications.
  • Proficiency in building responsive web applications using React/Redux, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, and GraphQL.
  • Experience leading customer-facing projects end-to-end, from design to delivery.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams to create impactful user experiences.
  • Experience in marketing technology, adtech, or customer data platforms is highly valuable.
