Trucking Company General Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree. Work setting: Transportation. Responsibilities
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources.
- Establish departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordinate work across regions or divisions.
- Set financial and administrative controls; approve campaigns and HR plans.
- Define organizational objectives and policies.
- Represent or delegate representation in negotiations.
- Select and delegate authority to middle managers and directors.
