About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth & Strategy to lead our digital marketing agency and sales operations across North America, based in Toronto. This unique position combines strategic oversight of our local digital marketing agency with hands-on leadership in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be both commercially savvy and marketing-oriented and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands agency dynamics, and has a proven ability to drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client portfolios. You will work closely with the sales team and agency team in Toronto, acting as a bridge between operations, strategy, and business expansion. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the Toronto digital agency’s strategic direction and growth targets while maintaining consistency with Adcore’s global vision.
