A Day in the Life:
As a Field Execution Representative, you’ll drive sales distribution, expand our retail presence, and ensure flawless execution of our commercial plans. Your energetic approach will enhance product displays and brand visibility, making a lasting market impact.
The Impact You’ll Make:
- Build relationships with store managers on your route
- Merchandise products in cold vaults and coolers
- Expand cold space in accounts where applicable
- Manage and place POS materials inside and outside stores
- Care for program materials and assets responsibly
- Maintain punctuality, proper attire, and uphold brand appearance
- Communicate professionally and proactively with customers and team members
Who You Are:
- Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience
- Must have a clean driving record and be 21 years or older
Compensation ranges from $19 to $26 CAD, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
