As the Director of Business Development – Security , you’ll play a key leadership role in driving the growth of Radius Security (Canada) across our current market and into new territories. Focused on strategic expansion, you will lead efforts to secure new contracts for Interior (Intrusion, Access Control, Interior Monitoring) and Exterior Security Services (Remote Guarding, Anti-Loitering, Flood Detection) and future service offerings developed through innovation and market insight.
You’ll partner closely with Operations to ensure we deliver on our promises, assist in the development and training of our Sales team in achieving their sales goals, and support our inside sales support team in supporting positive customer experiences and retention. Your leadership will help ensure Radius Security is not only competitive— but top of mind in the security space.

Job Description
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team
- Build and mentor a passionate, results-driven sales team aligned with the “Customers for Life” vision
- Provide coaching, support, and performance management to help team members meet individual and team revenue goals, including accountability to leading indicators.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance check-ins, and accountability meetings using company platforms
