Afternoon Production Laboratory Technician (6-Month Contract)

Your missions:
This role is on the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. The Vaccine Production Operator will:
- Carry out manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Propose ideas for productivity improvements and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Participate in documentation system construction and equipment validation.
- Manage daily production activities, including harvesting, purification, and aseptic filling of vaccines.
- Follow detailed duties such as executing production planning, monitoring quality, completing documentation, and ensuring safety standards.
- Engage in continuous improvement, maintenance, and project management activities.
- Train temporary or junior staff and suggest personal development opportunities.
Your profile:
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing or laboratory environment is preferred.
- Experience with bioreactors is a plus.
