We are constantly growing and looking for a Technical Consultant / DITA Architect to support our mission to realize better digital experiences for some of the world’s leading brands.
As a Technical Consultant / DITA Architect your responsibilities will include:
- Technical design: define the functional and technical architecture, facilitate workshops, create the technical framework, and reports
- Writing general and detailed user stories
- Pre-sales (pricing, proposing solutions, demos, blogs, webinars)
- Customer support and training
- Monitoring development (sharing technical expertise, supervision, configuration, etc.)
Requirements
- You have 5-7 years of experience in the field of XML and preferably in structured documentation
- You have a Master’s degree in a relevant area
- You are detail oriented, and have strong verbal and writing skills
- You have experience in XML technologies, such as Xpath, XSLT, XSD, Xquery, XProc
- You have strong knowledge of DITA
- You are familiar with XML authoring tools and CCMS technologies (especially DITA compatible), as well as publishing technologies and portals
