About the Role
Our Global Wealth Management Engineering team is seeking an ETL Developer with BSA experience to support a global integration project using Talend, Python, and shell scripting. The role involves integrating Wealth data with various applications and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Develop ETL code and build packages according to standards, suggesting improvements where possible.
- Support 24/7 operations.
- Lead data ingestion and transformation efforts, building scripts, writing specifications, and managing end-to-end data delivery.
- Develop, test, and enhance application code based on design specifications.
- Provide technical guidance on medium to complex projects as a Technical Lead.
- Collaborate with Architects and cross-functional teams to create design documents and technical solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, client meetings, and solution presentations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience with data integration using Oracle Data sources (PL/SQL, Talend) and Salesforce platform.
- At least 2 years of ETL development experience, particularly with Talend.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting (ksh, bash).
- Excellent communication skills for articulating requirements.
- Knowledge of Oracle Stored Procedures and reporting/BI tools is a plus.
- Financial industry experience is advantageous.
- Skills in Python and Java.
