Territory Sales Manager (Pet) – Western Canada
The Territory Sales Manager for Western Canada, based in Vancouver, BC, will be responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy and managing the day-to-day business between Blue Buffalo and Pet Retailers within the region. They will manage current Neighborhood Pet & Pet Specialty business and develop other market channels through initiatives that drive sustainable growth via education, innovation, promotions, and marketing campaigns. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to launch within the region.

EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Provide a disciplined, comprehensive approach to servicing a customer base with high quality and professionalism.
- Establish regular call cycles with active retailers and explore opportunities to grow the business.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with other functions at BLUE to execute company initiatives and service accounts.
- Plan, budget, and track promotional events to meet volume goals.
