Reporting to JN Guillemette, Chief Operating Officer, we are seeking a results-driven leader to take full ownership of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This role is responsible for defining and executing the program roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams across Go-to-Market (GTM), Technology, and Operations, and ensuring seamless execution. The ideal candidate will excel at eliminating bottlenecks, maintaining momentum, and keeping all stakeholders aligned toward a common goal.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), setting clear goals, priorities, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and manage the EAP program roadmap, integrating customer feedback, performance data, and market trends to ensure ongoing relevance and competitiveness.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market (GTM), Technology, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to ensure development priorities address client and operational needs, resolving blockers and translating feedback into actionable requirements.
- Partner with Operations to design scalable delivery models, optimize workflows and tooling, and eliminate inefficiencies to support business growth.
- Stay connected to customer feedback and competitive trends to continuously evolve and improve the EAP offering.

- Excellent communication skills — clear, direct, and transparent
- A strong bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience managing complex programs with cross-functional teams (5 years+)
