What will your typical day look like?
As a Consultant, you will oversee the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll workstream, providing recommendations to clients to resolve their unique challenges. You will work with a collaborative team located across Canada and beyond. Your day will consist of directly working with clients to identify their needs, providing potential solutions and effort estimates, and implementing agreed upon solutions.
You will be responsible for system configuration and testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed solution as well as documenting the implemented solution. You will guide junior resources on complex issues and delivering high quality results for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with multifunctional teams that bring together Deloitte’s unparalleled extensive professional services.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience utilizing SAP for payroll functions, preferablywithSAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong understanding ofSAP Payroll interfaces and integrations with other SAP modules and third-party integrations.
- Ability tomobilize teams for high impact results,able to proactively identify and monitor potential risks and developing risk mitigation plans to address them. Strong oral and written communication skills, fluency in English and French is an asset.
- A self-motivated leader who can energize their team and exemplify the kind of leader people want to work with. Can coach junior team members to help them develop their own domain expertise while also promoting professional growth.
- Certification with SAP Payroll an asset
- Experience in end-to-end implementations of Benefits Management, HR Core, or Time Management an asset
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $52,000 – $97,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
