Description
The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Surgery Program invites applications for an Orthopaedic Surgeon starting July 1, 2025, or sooner.
The position involves inpatient and ambulatory patient care. Preference will be given to candidates with primary and revision arthroplasty sub-specialty training. Operative resources will be mainly at Grace General Hospital. The surgeon is expected to participate in Orthopaedic Quality and Standards organized by the Section of Orthopedics. Remuneration will be based on Fee for Service income.
Qualifications
Candidates must have specialty qualifications in Orthopaedic Surgery recognized in their current country of practice and be eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba. Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada is preferred.
Compensation
Compensation is derived from fee-for-service income. Physicians may be eligible for a recruitment incentive. Please contact for more information.
