You will tackle complex challenges, develop creative and strategic solutions, apply cutting-edge business consulting frameworks, and leverage technical expertise to analyze data. Collaborating closely with client stakeholders, you will be instrumental in delivering measurable business outcomes and driving impactful transformation.
Infosys Consulting’s Financial Services Practice is seeking experienced Program Managers with Capital Markets / Wealth Management Industry experience to be hired at a Senior Consultant Level.
As Senior Consultant, you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements. You will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with client stakeholders daily. You will also be involved in branding, thought leadership, and knowledge management efforts to provide value-adding consulting services that enable our clients to meet the global landscape’s changing needs. You will anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts.
Responsibilities
- Proven track record of tracking and delivering large-scale programs in a timely manner with minimal cost escalations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across program lifecycle
- Conduct ideation workshops with a team of global business & technical professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into prioritized roadmap, help prepare business case to implement the roadmap, track value
- Experience in overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines and ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment of delivery goals. Drive functional and technical decision-making processes and resolve disagreements between teams
- Track and report on program metrics, milestones, and deliverables to executive leadership
- Strong program/project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and project tracking software
- Ability to balance self-sufficiency with asking for help/information. Customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effectively identify opportunities and engage with the right team to implement and enable solutions wherever applicable.
