Management Consulting professionals design and implement process, experience, and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology, and people to create value for clients and stakeholders.

Our Public Service group serves clients across federal, provincial, and municipal governments, non-profits, health, and educational sectors.

The Public Service Manager is experienced in planning and leading workstreams that conduct research and analysis to inform programmatic, operational, organizational design, and transformation initiatives. The manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams in designing and implementing business changes that drive function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on processes, people, and technology.

Currently, all Accenture business travel is restricted to essential client activities only.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working or consulting in the public service
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading the development of work packages and meeting deadlines
  • At least 1 year of experience leading team members
  • Experience deploying business and technical solutions in the public sector
  • Must have or be eligible for a Reliability or Secret security clearance with the federal Government of Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting experience (internal or external)
  • Experience working directly with public sector clients
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative skills
  • Ability to collaborate in complex multi-stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience facilitating groups
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and resilience
  • Commitment to team success
