REMOTE TAX PRINCIPAL OPPORTUNITY!
Our client is a Midsized, 250+ employee CPA firm based in the Southwest, looking for a Tax Principal to join their team of collaborative professionals. This role can be remotely based, with occasional travel into the office in Oklahoma City.
Job Duties Include:
- Overseeing engagement processes from start to finish
- Growing client base through business development opportunities
- Grow and retain tax talent within the organization and provide mentorship and guidance
- Providing clients with tax strategy and planning services
- Yearly bonus
- 401k with up to a 6% match
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of public accounting tax compliance experience
- Experience with leading a team of tax professionals
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Active CPA license
