We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Business System Analyst.
We seek a candidate with experience in driving digital transformation, knowledge of Data & Cloud architecture, understanding of ETL and data pipelines, Azure technology stack, and databases. The candidate should be able to demonstrate how they can improve efficiency and ensure solutions meet business needs, with strong leadership and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Engaging with business and technical stakeholders, conducting effective meetings with clear outcomes, managing deliverable expectations.
- Data analysis and visualization: Interpreting data using tools like Excel and Power BI, preparing clear data mapping documents, and demonstrating strong SQL knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech/Any Graduation Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Requirements Elicitation and Management
- Experience with JIRA
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to conceptualize wireframes
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem solving and critical thinking
Nice to have
- Regulatory knowledge (banking)
- Certifications: CBAP, PMP
