What You Will Do
- Plan and manage large and complex transformation engagements as a Senior Manager in our Oracle practice.
- Lead the day-to-day operation and execution of services.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by leveraging market connections to establish a thriving Oracle practice in Canada.
- Manage the delivery of multiple large-scale Oracle ERP client projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Provide and recommend complex Oracle-based solutions to meet client needs and ensure optimal data flow.
- Lead multiple client service delivery teams to execute on Oracle technology deliverables.
- Oversee engagement planning, delivery, and economics.
- Motivate your team and foster an inclusive culture through guidance and coaching.
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and delivering large-scale Oracle ERP transformation projects across multiple workstreams such as Finance, Procurement, HR, and Technology.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Technology implementation.
- Leading Oracle Cloud implementations in Workstreams like Finance, HCM, SCM, Technology for at least 5 large projects.
- Minimum of 15 years of consulting experience.
- Proven client-facing experience with strong relationship skills at the C-suite level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Completed multiple Oracle Cloud Suite implementations.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range
The expected base salary range is $128,000 to $179,500, possibly with bonuses, based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
