The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle — gathering requirements, shaping solutions, driving testing, and ensuring successful delivery. This role is about problem-solving, innovation, and building trusted client partnerships.
What You Bring
- 8+ years demonstrated working experience
- Take charge attitude and go-getter!
- Strong experience with SDLC (Agile & Waterfall).
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, databases, data warehouses, and analytics.
- Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to model processes, analyze data, and document requirements in detail.
- A mindset that balances curiosity, creativity, and accountability.
