This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote).
Your Responsibilities at IBKR
- Resolve routine and complex client service issues promptly, utilizing sound judgment and courtesy. Inquiries may include:
- Problem management for service issues, including trade and margin analysis, cash and derivative products, global exchanges, order types, and transmission/execution inquiries.
- Assist clients with trading platform operations and features.
- Analyze and test existing systems and procedures, recommending and assisting with improvements.
- Perform margin calculations, including commissions, interest, and fees.
In addition to client support, collaborate with local and international teams such as Client Service, Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance. We encourage team members to learn, grow, and contribute to system, policy, and procedure development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree required.
- At least two years of experience at a global financial institution (new graduates with strong core competencies may be considered).
- Knowledge of exchange operations, regulations, product offerings, execution platforms, and margin methodologies.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin skills.
