  • End: November 27, 2026
  • Pay Rate: C$35 – C$45/hr
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, Core Business Hours

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships across all stages of the lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, governance, and performance monitoring. This role requires strong procurement experience, stakeholder management, and financial analysis skills to ensure vendors align with enterprise goals while balancing priorities and delivering value. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee onboarding, renewals, and new vendor engagements.
  • Govern ongoing vendor activities, risk scorecards, and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate vendor negotiations and governance meetings.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams on vendor management best practices.
  • Understand contractual terms, conditions, and financial implications.
  • Monitor compliance with enterprise vendor governance frameworks.
  • Apply organizational change management during vendor transitions.
  • Deliver vendor performance analysis and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement and vendor management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Customer service mindset with ability to balance urgency and business needs.
  • Proven ability to act with urgency and handle multiple priorities.

  • Risk management experience.
  • Project management background.
  • Experience in Financial Institutions.
  • Technology/vendor governance experience.
