STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Aviation (Architecture, Construction) to join our national aviation team. This position may assist aviation clients across the country who need support with aviation projects. Candidates must be within a reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc.
The primary objective of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships and to achieve or exceed the estimated profit margins for projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, including deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout for planning, environmental impact statements, design, and construction projects. Responsible for budgets, change orders, and invoicing.
- Participate in or lead marketing efforts, proposal preparations, and presentations to secure projects.
- Plan project execution and develop comprehensive project manuals.
- Monitor manpower requirements against budgets and performance; manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility.
- Establish communication channels with contractors and clients to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Oversee project from initiation through delivery, including manpower planning and updates.
- Form and lead project teams, ensuring responsibilities are assigned and tasks are completed on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes; manage permit submissions and regulatory reviews.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies; manage manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure team effectiveness.
Compensation Range: $153,484 – $204,645
